Dear ARPA-E:

This is a serious technical response to your website's invitation to offer suggestions, recommendations, and comments. I would deeply appreciate it if you did treat this as a serious response, whose results come from 40 years of personal arduous work in the breakthrough energy area. I deeply believe that understanding some of these matters offered and discussed can directly and strongly assist you in your overwhelmingly important mission to solve -- as quickly and completely as possible -- the energy crisis now besetting our country and the other nations of the world.

As an unexpected bonus, we also include an explanation (which was known to Dirac!) of how to directly and rather simply engineer physical reality as you wish. Please have the proper physicists study that area intensely; the Soviet Union already is well-aware of this area and its development. Also, a very fine team of physicists, led by Dr. Dan Solomon, have presently published rigorous papers in leading physics journals pointing out that the arbitrary removal of negative energy from physics in 1934 was a grave error, totally against scientific method...

Quello che facciamo oggi io e i miei collaboratori è condividere le cose accadute negli ultimissimi mesi e per chi non lo sapesse, un paio di anni fa ci siamo incontrati con uno scienziato che ha lavorato a grossi progetti classificati e conosce questi tipi di sistemi energetici, chiamati sistemi transdimensionali, fisica iperdimensionale, energia di punto zero e quello che volete..
Questo scienziato in particolare ha potuto riprodurli e altri scienziati hanno verificato e abbiamo provato a lavorare con questo e altri scienziati per sviluppare questa tecnologia. Nel 2008 questo scienziato ha accettato di continuare e disse che gli veniva permesso dall'intelligence, ma poi è come sparito. Un anno dopo nel 2009 dopo che abbiamo rilasciato il briefing per il Pr.Obama questo scienziato ha ritrattato e con i miei colleghi ci siamo incontrati con lui in Virginia e a Dicembre del 2009 si era deciso di continuare assieme, che lui avrebbe lavorato col Project Orion per sviluppare questa tecnologia e quindi in Dicembre abbiamo firmato con lui un accordo. Devo dire che questa persona ha sempre detto di avere dei vincoli dalla comunità di intelligence per cui lavora e comunque pensava di poter continuare con lo sviluppo di questi sistemi energetici, ma solo per avere energia e non per produrre oggetti volanti..allora abbiamo concordato di lavorare su cose stazionarie come sistemi ad alto voltaggio di Tesla per avere energia dal campo della Terra o dal campo di punto zero. Questo per avere una fonte di energia libera per 24 ore al giorno su questo eravamo d'accordo ma nello scorso mese e mezzo questo scienziato e altri tre sono stati tirati indietro da quella che chiamo la Bestia corporativa. Questa con disinformazione e minacce fanno ritirare gli scienziati. Avrete una testimonianza da chi ha seguito questo scienziato perche capiate davvero come sia accaduto.
(Parla una collega di Greer) abbiamo parlato spesso e mostrava moltissimo entusiasmo per questo progetto e diceva che tutto andava bene e avrebbe prodotto diversi dispositivi ma da meta marzo è cambiato tutto, aveva informazioni disturbanti e diceva continuamente che non aveva nulla a che fare con noi questo ma voleva continuare poi infine si è ritirato. La cosa disturbante è che mi disse di essere stato chiamato e visitato da diverse persone, le ha definite agenzie di sicurezza che gli chiedevano informazioni. Mi ha detto spesso che siamo controllati dalle agenzie, sembrava pero andare tutto bene poi ad un certo punto lo hanno fermato. Durante quel periodo mi ha detto che sarebbe stato visitato da un ex direttore della cia e questo mi ha schiacciato, è avvenuto in quei sei giorni.
Greer: io penso che a lui sia stata data disinformazione per spaventarlo e mandarlo nel panico. Potete cercare su google opposition records, vedrete cosa fanno con la disinformazione per spaventare le persone."

"We must have been on the right track for these beasts to circle their wagons with illegal wire-tapping of our conversations, interference with a legal contract, and bringing in a powerful former CIA director to intimidate and kill this initiative.

Further, since we started The Orion Project, Dr. Greer has received multiple death threats and repeatedly been stalked. This has accelerated in the last year. There are FBI files open on this as well as local law enforcement files. Dr. Greer's computer was hacked into by one of the most lethal programs a criminal can use. One of our chief engineers who is volunteering with The Orion Project had his email hacked into. A specific email from an inventor with a sensitive document that involved a Department of Defense memo and the inventor's contact information was deleted from his inbox - these were the only things tampered with.

So, what can we do in the face of these highly orchestrated suppression efforts?

We have, in the last couple of weeks, created a very extensive file (including both audio and paper documents) that contains information relating to these events. In the event that anything happens to any of us (injury, false legal charges, disappearance, death), and we cannot go forward, copies of this information will be released to the public. The file includes every bit of information about the scientists who can do this work and are not allowed to as well as very reliable evidence and information about those involved in the suppression - names, addresses, phone numbers, specific details of actions.

We have contacts who can get it to the President, as well as the highest people in the media and Hollywood. And it will be released to you. We feel this is the best strategic step we can take because we cannot enter into protracted legal battles with these individuals with limitless money and power. Our one weapon - the best one we could have - is the truth, and the documentation we have of the truth.

Our goal is not to get into endless fights with these corrupt individuals; we just want to give humanity a chance to move forward with earth-saving, life-saving technologies."
