No eh?

Vabbe` va, vuoi argomenti, leggi qua:9/11 class action suit
On May 22, 2002, Hilton sued Bush and members of his administration. The lawsuit specifically "allege that defendants, in conspiracy with the government of Saudi Arabia, orchestrated the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon in order to gather public support for the military invasion of Iraq and persuade Congress to enact the U.S.A. Patriot Acts."
name="lawsuit">Taxpayers of United States v. Bush, 2004 U.S. Dist., No. C03-03927 SI
It also alleges violations of the Fraudulent Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. § 3729, by presenting false claims to Congress about the weapons capability of Iraq and the ties between the government of Iraq and Al Qaeda in order to divert federal taxpayer funds to the military campaign against Iraq.", and for violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act, asserting that the Iraq War was a cover for generating income for defendants and for Halliburton and Bechtel.
The lawsuit supposedly
included 400 unnamed plaintiffs, with four plaintiffs that were actually named including
Abel Ashes, Scott Munson, Ralph Tibbs, and Stanley Hilton, himself. The claim of 400 unnamed 9/11 victim's family member plaintiffs was repeated by Hilton and others for over two years.
In 2004 the number of 9/11 family members was inexplicably reduced to "40" and Hilton claimed that he "
never said" there were 400 plaintiffs when in fact he is on the record for having said just that in an interview with radio host Alex Jones in 2003. The individual plaintiffs allege violations of their constitutional rights, under the USA Patriot Act. The lawsuit alledges that Scott Munson was prevented by federal park rangers from distributing anti-war literature at Baker Beach in San Francisco, while Abel Ashes was assaulted and falsely arrested by security guards, then fired from his job at Neiman Marcus for giving a friend and co-worker a copy of a docmentary video on 9/11 entitled, "Masters of Terror" by Texas based radio host Alex Jones, and Ralph Tibbs alleged that his veteran pension payment was reduced due to military expenditures. However,
Scott Munson alleged that he was added as a plaintiff without consent and was removed as plaintiff. Abel Ashes and Stanley Hilton have both alleged that Scott Munson requested to be added as a plaintiff in a personal meeting between the three of them in Hilton's downtown San Francisco office.
that Hilton's class action suit
does not include any people who were either injured or lost loved ones in the attack, only plantiffs who were harassed for distributing literature in California.
that Hilton's complaint names
officials in the Bush administration who had alibis, and leaves off others who did not. that Hilton's complaint, as published on the internet, includes allegations that
remote control technology was employed, and in
other versions, that missiles were used on September 11, 2001
