ARIUS:
Arius is a fertile world that is located in the Farlands Sector and with the help of the technology of the Empire it can provide a constant harvest all year around. The orbit of the planet, distance from the sun and richness of the earth make the planet the perfect growing environment with crops coming to harvest much quicker that anywhere else. Frequently the planet is just referred to as 'Corn' after the crop that it continually produces.
Giant robotic harvesters patrol the acres and acres of fields where they will either be tending to soil to make it ready for replanting, actually replanting a crop or harvesting a ready crop and loading it into one of the many storage silos.
All of the storage silos are interconnected by a monorail network that criss-crosses the planet. This rail network ships the harvest back to the planets main space port where it is then shipped off world to Kalmetris to be shipped to be processed or shipped to other areas of the empire.
The main population centre is Arius City which is located on the east coast of one of the continents. It sits about 200 miles away from the space port but is connected via a high speed passenger monorail link.
Its coastal location and the near perfect weather of the planet make the city a holiday hotspot and it sports many beaches and hotels. The docks are home to both private and commercial pleasure cruisers that ply the Arius seas should you wish to escape the city.
The city itself is the second largest population centre in the sector, however it is considered by many businesses to be a more pleasant working environment than the sprawl of Kalmetris. Consequently a number of Corporations hold offices in the city and a large amount of the sectors business deals are resolved on the planet.
There are rumours that an area of the planet cannot be cultivated as the harvesters just keep breaking down when they go near it, however with the lush fertility of the rest of the planet this has never been a problem.

e come ultima parola COLLECTIVE.
MESSAGE FOR THE ARIUS COLLECTIVE, AN OFF PLANET COLLECTIVE OF INTELLIGENT BEINGS ATTEMPTING TO SAVE OUR PLANETS POPULATION. WORLD PEACE! YOU MUST DEMAND FOR WORLD PEACE! THIS GOVERNMENT AND OT"
